Yoga at Schools™ Yoga Based Learning gives the children a holistic approach to self-awareness and self-care the two key factors identified by the medical community for lifetime health and wellness.

Yoga At Schools™ uses yoga-based exercises and kinesthetic play for preschoolers to:

  1. develop a healthy child with a learning ready brain,
  2. develop vestibular and prorioceptive systems (body’s sense of itself in space)
  3. enhance awareness and development of the senses
  4. stimulate emotional awareness and intelligence
  5. develop a sense of connectedness to others
Yoga At Schools™ believes that each child is a whole, unique and precious being, deserving of understanding and respect.  We are always doing our best, and we are ever growing learning. We are all connected to a greater community and our actions make a difference and impact others. We are responsible for our own lives, and we can all maintain a lifetime of health and learning through the pursuit of self-knowledge and care.
